A Colorado man was arrested Monday after allegedly occurring a racist and homophobic rant in opposition to two school college students, who had been consuming at an In-N-Out within the Bay Space on Christmas Eve. The scholars, Arine Kim and Elliot Ha, filmed the encounter in a now-viral TikTok.
